Priced as a grant-eligible line item, not a gamble.

Recruitment is a cost your donors already expect to see. Shortlist is built to be expensed cleanly to a grant, with a clear line item on every invoice. You are not paying for a job listing. You are paying for a shortlist you can defend.

Invoice billing in USD. Pay by cash or Bankak through our Sudan office. No card required to start.

What every plan includes

  • CV intake in any format, including Arabic and scanned or photographed documents.
  • Explainable, deterministic scoring against the criteria you set, with the reason for every result.
  • A ranked applicant list, with low-confidence CVs flagged for manual review.
  • Shortlist decisions and a bilingual shortlist PDF you can hand to a donor.
  • Respectful bilingual replies, including humane bulk rejections with an undo window.
  • Consent capture for the shared talent pool, never silent cross-organization sharing.
  • Full Arabic and English interface with right-to-left support, built mobile-first.

Try it before you pay

Run it first, pay to unlock sending

You don't pay to find out whether Shortlist fits. Post a real role and watch your shortlist come together, then pay to unlock export and sending.

  1. 1
Post a role and add the CVs Create a posting and add your applications. We parse and score every CV against your criteria, for free.
  2. 2
See your ranked shortlist Open a ranked list with the reason for every score in plain language. Judge the value yourself before you pay anything.
  3. 3
Pay to unlock export and sending When you're ready to export a shortlist for a donor or send replies, activating a plan below unlocks that step.

This is already how billing works — you pay for a shortlist you have already seen, not a promise.

Pick the plan that matches how often you hire

You are already paying to recruit: in staff hours spent screening, in a listing that is not a shortlist, in the cost of a wrong hire. Shortlist turns that into one grant-eligible line item.

How billing works

Invoice, not a card gate

An itemized invoice in USD with a clear line item, so the cost can be expensed to a grant as candidate sourcing and screening.

Pay your way

Settle by cash or Bank of Khartoum (Bankak) through Waves' Sudan office.

Packs are prepaid

A pack or annual plan is one invoice up front, simpler in a cash economy and locking in the lower per-posting rate.

No surprise metering

Everyday tools are bundled generously. We only meter genuinely heavy or specialist usage, listed openly in the add-ons.

Pricing questions

Is this really grant-eligible?

Recruitment is a budgeted, grant-eligible cost for most donors. Every invoice carries a clear line item so your finance team can expense it as candidate sourcing and screening, and we can word it to match your grant's categories.

What counts as one posting?

One open role. It includes all the CVs for that role, the parsing, the scoring, the ranked list, the shortlist export, and the bilingual replies. There is no separate per-CV charge.

Can I start small and move up?

Yes. Start with a single posting, then move to a pack or annual plan when you are hiring more often. Pack postings stay valid for 12 months, so they are there when you need them.

What about the shared talent pool?

Contributing to the pool is free and always requires the candidate's explicit consent. Searching the pool is included in Org Annual once that feature is live. We never share candidates between organizations silently.

Do you take online card payments?

Not in this version. Billing is by invoice, paid in cash or by Bankak through our Sudan office. That keeps things simple and grant-friendly for NGOs in Sudan.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us how many roles you expect to hire for this year and we will recommend the plan that costs you the least per posting. No pressure, and no card to start.
